The Colorado State Fair enjoys the distinction of being the largest single event in Colorado with 496,000 fairgoers attending in 2009. The fair will be 11 days this year, ending on Labor Day and will open to the public 10:00a-11:00p daily.

Commercial exhibits are an integral part of the fair environment. Thanks to you, our fairgoers can enjoy seeing all the products and services available for them to buy. We seek to provide a variety of exhibits for our fairgoers, and look forward to having you apply for a space at the 2010 Colorado State Fair.

Application Process: Please read the following information, to help answer any questions you may have about the commercial exhibit process. For a 2010 application click here. Please read the application thoroughly, and answer all of the questions.

Location Assignment: Previous year exhibitors have a priority space reservation postmark deadline of March 1, 2010, after which new exhibitors will be assigned locations. Please see the indoor and outdoor exhibit areas mapped out below, to help you decide the location where you would like to be placed. Please indicate the area request on the application.

Contract Offers: As applications are accepted and processed, contracts will be awarded.  You will be mailed one (1) copy of the contract with an invoice of the total cost of the exhibit space.
