Are pets allowed at the Colorado State Fair?
No pets are allowed on the Colorado State Fairgrounds with the exception of seeing-eye dogs. 

Can I rent strollers or wheelchairs? What is the cost and where?
Wheelchairs for $12, Fun Rider Strollers for $8, Double Strollers for $16, Wagons for $16 and Electric Scooters for $45 can be rented at the Beulah Street, Prairie Street and Arroyo Street gates. A valid ID is required for rentals.

Do you take checks or credit cards at the gate or carnival?
The Colorado State Fair does not accept any checks with no exception. Cash, Mastercard, Discover and American Express will be accepted.

What do you have to do to get a food service or novelty booth at the 2009 State Fair?
Call the commercial exhibits and food department at 719-404-2028 or vendor@coloradostatefair.com. 

Who books entertainment on the smaller stages?
Talent interested in the 2010 State Fair should send CDs, tapes, videos, etc. - after January 1 - to Sheri Giordano, 1001 Beulah Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81004.
All acts for the three free stages are handled by an independent promoter.

Commercial Exhibits

How do I get a Commercial Exhibits space?
Go to the Vendor Information tab.Click on the commercial exhibits drop down. Print the commercial exhibits applications, fill it out and return it to the Commercial Exhibits department along with a $300 deposit and a picture of your booth. Applications will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are accepted. Contact the exhibits department at 719-404-2028 or margaret.thornburg@ag.state.co.us for additional information.

What does it cost to rent a Commercial Exhibits booth at the fair?
Please refer to the Vendor Information tab, and pull up Commercial Exhibits Application and brochure for price list and maps.

What are the hours of operation for Commercial Exhibits?
Indoors – 11a- 10p
Outdoors – 11a- 11p

Specialty Rides and Games

What do I need to do to get an application for a Specialty Ride and Games?
Go to the vendor information tab. Pull up Specialty Rides and Games. Fill out the application and return to the Colorado State Fair. State Fair staff will make the final decisions.
