GROUP SALES FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  How do we order tickets as a group?
A:  There is an order form that can be sent to you by email, through the US Postal Service or you can CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM AND EMAIL IT directly to the Group Sales Department.  If you wish to fax your order, simply CLICK HERE TO PRINT THE ORDER FORM and fax your order to 719-566-1363. For emailed orders, you will recieve a phone call for your credit or debit card information, so it is important you indicate your telephone number on the form!!

Q:  What is a Group?
A:  A group is a group! You decide.  It can be made up of family members, church members, groups of friends, co-workers, employees, non-profit organizations, clubs, teachers, sports teams, parent groups, students, scouts, dance groups, class reunions, ETC.  Minimum purchase at discounted rates is $250.

Q:  How much will we save?
A:  You will save $3 per ticket on Friday - Sunday’s gate admission tickets.  On all Fair dates, a carnival wrist band is normally $25.  With the group discount you pay just $20!  If you and/or your kids plan to attend the Fair more than once, the most popular deal is the Mega Ride Pass.  This pass is valued at $348 and can be purchased for ONLY $80. It provides entrance into the Fair and unlimited carnival rides for the entire 11-day event.

Q:  Are there any handling fees?
A:  Yes, there is a shipping/handling fee of $10.00 to have your tickets are mailed (certified mail), or there is a $5.00 handling fee to pick them up at the State Fair box office. Box office hours are as follows:
*Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:30 pm
*Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
*Sunday CLOSED

Q:  Is there a deadline to order discounted group tickets?
A:  Yes, the offer expires August 16, 2010.

Q:  At what age does a child have to pay for an admission ticket?
A:  Children 6 and under are admitted FREE!
