The Colorado State Fair - Horse Show Premium Book

Please click on the show file name you wish to download. Rules, health requirements & show information are on the first file. Entry Forms or Stall & Pass Forms are the second file next to each show. Each Entry Form or Stall & Pass Form can be emailed and printed once you fill it out. The Horse Show Management encourages everyone to email all forms and print a copy for your records. All emailed Forms come directly to the Horse Show Managers state email account. You may pay by credit card on the forms as well. Charges will not take place until the Horse Show Manager receives it via email. When viewing the adobe PDF files be sure to us the back button to go back to the Page you were on. We do appologize but the Sheepdog Trials did get canceled this year due to conflicts of other events in our area. We will host the trials in 2011.
