Camping   

Camping during the Colorado State Fair will be in the Horsemen/Livestock Lot located just north of the Event Center. Please refer to the camping area map. The spaces along the Prairie Avenue and Small Avenue walls are reserved for vendors and exhibitors (those staying the entire run of the Fair). Only registered participants are allowed to camp during the Fair.

Most spaces have water hookups and electrical service at a minimum of 30-amp service. Some also have sewer hookups and 50-amp electrical service. Sewer pumping service is available each morning for those requiring the service. We do not offer pull through sites. The camping spaces are 40 feet long and 15 feet wide. If you will require more than 15 feet in width, you will have to rent two spaces. Be sure to request side by side spaces.  We CANNOT accomodate campers longer than 40 feet.

Horse trailers with living quarters may camp on grounds. Parking will be available for all other horse trailers at the dog track free of charge. No services are available at that location; however, security will be provided.

The rate for overnight camping is $30.00 per camp space per night. Space rental runs from noon to noon. If you are participating in an event that will run later, we ask that you either reserve and pay for that day or move your vehicle(s) by noon.

There is a $10 fee charged for all vehicle passes for each camping stay. One vehicle pass may be purchased per camping space. Both the vehicle and RV must fit within the 40-foot camping space. Motor homes will be issued RV passes.

Advance reservations must be received prior to August 20, 2010.  Beginning August 27, 2010, camping arrangements will be handled at Gate 6 on Small Avenue.
