Commercial Exhibits
With more than 300 exhibitors promoting their distinctive merchandise, services, and information, commercial displays are an exciting and integral part of the Colorado State Fair atmosphere.
The premier location for commercial exhibitors is within the walls of the historic Palace of Agr20iculture, located in the heart of the State Fairgrounds. Other commercial exhibit booths are located throughout the Fairgrounds in colorful tents with equally colorful layouts and designs. All commercial exhibits open at 11 am daily. Food Concessions
You will find all sorts of good eats and treats at the Colorado State Fair. Approximately 50 food vendors will be serving up fine fair food for any appetite. Food vendors open daily at 11:00 am. Feast on frosty lemonades, ice-cold Budweiser beer, bottled water, Pepsi products, meatball sandwiches, tacos, nachos, green chili, hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza, gyros, roasted corn, pork chops-on-a-stick, Nori rolls, tempura boats, pickles, Oreos and Twinkies that are deep fried, and much, much more!!! 2011 applications will be posted late spring. 2010 Food Vendors
Fun Yogurt
Fun Yogurt is Southern Colorado’s first self- serve frozen yogurt parlor. They have different flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from and over 40 toppings. Everyone can create their own unique treat tailored to their taste buds. Everything is then weighed and purchased by the ounce. You can get as much or as little as you would like. You can find this tasty treat on the Colorado Concourse.
Good Ol’ Burgers
Everyone Loves Good Ol’ Burgers! Their menu is popular with its “Burger by the Pound,” which offers a ½ lb., 1 lb., 1 ½ lb. and the infamous 2 lb. Belly Buster Burger. With unique large portions they have been able to create something special for State Fair attendees. Located in the Plaza.
Indian Summer Kettle Corn
Always a fair favorite and new to this year’s fair line-up; John Sasse has Kettle Corn in a variety of flavors such as regular, Jalapeno, Chile Lime and Apple Cinnamon. Located in Main Street near Pepsi Park.
KooKie KooKies & Kream
Cookie Monster would be proud with all the delicious chocolate chip cookies made from scratch on the grounds. Fairgoers can watch the Kookie Kookie staff make your favorite cookies and bake them right in front of your eyes. Several different cookies will be offered including the very tasty pastry cream sandwich cookies, and for those who don’t have a sweet tooth and want a different kick, they offer ice blended coffees. Added to their menu this year is cheesecake on a stick. Yum!
Nachos Grande
Build your own Nachos! Freund Family Foods is going back in time and has put together an operation to make nachos special again. They cut the corn tortillas into triangles and fry their own chips right on the front line. The hot, crispy chips are then topped with a spicy cheddar cheese. The customers then get to direct what toppings get added to their order. Toppings include pico de gallo, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. All toppings are made fresh daily from the best ingredients.
Primetime at the Fair
The popular bar and grill located in downtown Pueblo is now on the Colorado State Fairgrounds! Primetime at the fair will have the same great food and atmosphere you get off the grounds and it’s sure to be great food for all. Made to order food, ice cold beer, meals for kids, familiar faces, and plenty of seating-- indoors and outdoors-- will only make the good time a Primetime!
U-Do-It Slush Factory
This popular watering hole can be found as you walk to the carnival in the Plaza and in the middle of the Colorado Concourse. Fair patrons can build their own custom slushy by mixing and matching different flavors.
Specialty Rides & Games
Part of what gives the fair its uniqueness is the specialty rides and games you can find throughout the fairgrounds. If you are an adventurous fairgoer, you can enjoy a variety of specialty rides to get an EXTREME thrill. If you preferred to get away from it all, you could try the simulator ride with different graphic adventures to travel through. Ride on in to the 2009 Colorado State Fair to see what other adventures await you. 2011 applications will be posted in February. Please check back.
