The Colorado State Fair will not employ the Cashless Card system at the 2014 Fair. At the close of the 2014 Fair, no refunds of any money left on any Cashless Card for the 2013 Colorado State Fair will be issued.
You may apply for your refund using the form below until midnight July 29. Please note that after midnight on July 29, 2014, the State Fair will no longer accept applications for refunds via this web site. Instead, all refunds after July 29, 2014, will be processed only during the 2014 Colorado State Fair, starting August 22, 2014, at 10:00 a.m, in Pueblo, Colorado.
The refund office at the Fair will be open each day of the Fair, Aug. 22 to Sept. 1, and be located in the Palace of Agriculture. The hours will be noon to 7 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
After 7:00 p.m., September 1, 2014, no additional requests for refunds from these cards will be processed, and no additional refunds will be created. Rather, pursuant to Section 38-13-108.2(1), C.R.S., any non-refunded moneys will be considered abandoned property, and the Colorado State Fair will submit such property to the administrator of Colorado’s Unclaimed Property Fund, subject to the provisions of Section 38-13-101, et seq., including Section 38-13-112, C.R.S.

Please fill out the form below for your refund of unspent money on your cashless card.
  • You MUST use the information that you entered when you first got the card.
    For example, if you used a different name, phone number or email address, you must use those to be matched to your cashless account.
  • You must use a working email and postal address in order to allow us to mail your refund to you.
  •  If you didn't register your card with an email, please enter a working email to process your refund.
  • If you do not have an email, you will need to use the PDF form located on the pull-out tab under CASHLESS REFUNDS. Please print this, fill it out, and either bring it to the Administration Office located in the Ag Palace, or Mail it to:

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
If you have already requested a refund prior to 11/20/2013, please do not submit your request again as duplicate requests prolong the refund process.  If you have not received your refund and it has been more than 6 weeks since your application, please contact us.  Please keep your card number(s) until your refund is received as we must have the card number to issue refunds or research transactions.
