Free Entertainment for All Ages
PUEBLO, Colo. –The Colorado State Fair has a wide
range of free attractions and exhibits to entertain every fair goer. This
includes free entertainment at the Coca-Cola Stage, American Furniture
Warehouse Amphitheater and WeatherPort Tent, as well as ongoing free
attractions and activities to make your visit special. Among the free
activities sponsored by OneMain Financial:
This attraction is built to give rodeo fans an interactive
experience to learn about the original extreme sport. Fans can ask questions,
learn about the history of rodeo, see the equipment and try their hand at
roping. The Rodeo Experience is supplied by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys
Association, the sanctioning body for the professional rodeos during the first
six nights of the fair.
Come see as Ryan “ARCY” Christenson makes a one-of-a-kind
mural from eight 12’x8’ original pieces during the Fair. Known for his unique
style of large-scale graffiti/mural art, ARCY has been working throughout the
world to perfect his craft.
Lego Sculptor & Kids Building area
This is an amazing live build show where the artist
delicately designs a unique LEGO sculpture from scratch. Kids can come and
build their very own sculpture at different stations. Come experience each step
of the exciting process as the artist creates a one-of-a-kind sculptures that
all ages will enjoy.
Wild About Monkeys
Kevin and Martina Keith, host and trainers of the show,
bring fun, education, and celebrity status with their troop of monkeys and
other animals. The comic troupe will delight and amaze their audience with fun,
education and great entertainment for the whole family.
The Olate Dogs, John Beatty, “The Strongman”, the Nature and
Raptor Center, Stirrup Some Fun Magic Show, Ol’ Doc Ezee, the Kid’s Fun
Fountain and the Children’s FFA Barnyard are among the returning free
attractions that are always crowd favorites. Plus, there are additional
entertaining contests such as the Pet Rock Olympics, livestock and horse shows,
small animal displays, cooking contests, and 4-H and FFA displays, plus much,

The 2015 Colorado State Fair will mark the Fair's 143rd year
as Colorado's premier celebration of agriculture. The Fairgrounds provides
nearly $34 million in economic activity to Colorado throughout the year; $29
million of that activity is driven by the annual State Fair event. In addition
to showcasing Colorado agriculture, the annual event features one of the
country’s largest traveling carnivals, artwork, crafts, food competitions,
thrilling rodeo action, a wide variety of food and merchandise booths and a
Fiesta Day honoring Colorado's ties to the Hispanic culture.
